While we are happy to be back and working with "more hands on film"....
We are trying to find a new rhythm while implementing safety measures. We are focusing on processing and scanning orders that are the oldest, but there are still hundreds of them here. I believe we are 2+ weeks behind in getting standard process type work done.
The good news is that things are improving!
Don't worry--If you packaged your film safely, and put your information and ours on the envelope, it will either get to us or be returned to you. Our retail store is still closed due to the NH government mandate, so no mail is being delivered at our street address. For now, we are picking up several times a week at the post office and striving to get orders out each and every day.As usual, you will receive an email when your order is opened from the backlog bins and put into the workflow.
