Hey everyone. Just a quick update about the whole virus situation.
We're still here, still processing and doing our best to get the work done, but we're behind as NH has ordered nonessential businesses closed.
Here's what we're doing on our end to stay safe:
- Checking the post office twice a week instead of daily to minimize potential exposure.
- One staff member in the lab at a time to maintain social distancing.
- Closed doors to walk-ins. Out front drop off box or mail order only.
- Washing hands, sanitizing surfaces, general cleanliness etc.
With that being said, we are pretty behind. We know you're waiting for your scans, but please be patient with us while we catch up. We aren't rushing or cutting corners, we're still trying to give you the quality and customer service you deserve and have come to expect. You'll get an email when your film is put in to the workflow, and then it may be two or more weeks to see your scans, and longer for prints.
Again, please be patient while we also navigate this new situation.
